A delightful encounter with the flavors of Roero and Langhe

Our gastronomic proposals are designed to be a pleasant exploration of the taste of Roero and Langhe, the perfect pairing of our own wine production, and local typical products. With a careful selection of local farms, estate-grown fruits and vegetables, our desire is to introduce you to the essence of the region and share our traditions.

Staying at Le Querce del Vareglio allows you to dedicate your time to complete relaxation, spending the day on the estate and pampering yourself with a bottle of wine and one of our platters. Alternatively, treat yourself to a break for a light lunch, allowing yourself to be captivated by our offerings!

Breakfast

Welcomed in a splendid bright room or intoxicated by the outdoor breeze, you will be enveloped by the natural beauty of this unique region. The table is adorned with a variety of local delicacies, each reflecting the love and dedication to the gastronomic tradition of the Langhe and Roero. We welcome you with a selection of locally crafted products showcasing the work of taste artisans in the area. The sweetness of seasonal fruits, carefully cultivated in the garden and orchard, adds a touch of freshness and vitality to the table.

Wine Tastings

Cantine Povero, in Cisterna d’Asti, has been our main historic cellar since 1964. Here, we offer a guided tour of about an hour to unveil all the secrets of wine production, and you can also indulge in tasting our range of offerings. In the wine shop, you will find all our labels available for purchase.
